• 24–48h before tour → ✅ Refund minus €20 cancellation fee
• Less than 24h before tour → ❌ No refund

1. Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to force majeure.

Any unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event preventing service, as recognized under French law (Civil Code Article 1218).

If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

If you wish to cancel, the following terms apply:

• 48h+ before tour → ✅ Full refund
• 24–48h before tour → ✅ Refund minus €20 cancellation fee
• Less than 24h before tour → ❌ No refund

2. Rescheduling

Each of our tours is carefully curated in advance. While we do our best to accommodate changes, late requests can be difficult to fulfill.

• 7+ days before the tour → ✅ Free reschedule
• Less than 7 days before the tour → ✅ Reschedule possible (subject to availability) with a €10 change fee
