- ✅ Full refund for cancellations made 30+ days in advance
- 🔁 Rescheduling allowed up to 7 days before, subject to availability and fee
- ❌ No refunds or changes within 7 days of the tour date
1. Cancellation
We reserve the right to cancel a tour due to force majeure.
Any unforeseeable, irresistible, and external event preventing service, as recognized under French law (Civil Code Article 1218).
If this happens, we’ll notify you promptly and issue a full refund.
If you wish to cancel, the following terms apply:
- 30+ days before tour: ✅ Full refund
- 7–29 days before tour: 50% refund
- Less than 7 days: ❌ No refund

2. Rescheduling
Each of our tours is carefully curated in advance. While we do our best to accommodate changes, late requests can be difficult to fulfill.
- 30+ days before tour: ✅ One free date change
- 7–29 days before tour: Reschedule requests subject to availability + $50 change fee
- Less than 7 days: ❌ No changes allowed — new booking required

Unexpected Travel Issues?
We know travel can be unpredictable. If you’re experiencing a serious disruption (flight cancellation, emergency, etc.), reach out within 24 hours of booking with documentation. We’ll do our best to accommodate you.
